FAQs

The ones we get asked in the first ten minutes, answered the way we answer them on the phone.

Ordinary, widely used technology, documented as we go — no in-house framework only we understand. If you ever need to hand it to someone else, there is a path, not a black box.

Small is exactly who we build for. Firms your size are the ones the big vendors skip, and the ones where two saved hours a day actually shows up on the P&L.

It can, which is why it never runs unsupervised on anything that costs you money to get wrong. Where a mistake would be expensive, the tool shows its working and a person signs off.

Most firms do, and we do not replace it. We build the piece it never covered and connect the two, so nobody is carrying data across by hand.

Nothing of yours is ever used to train a model — that one is absolute. Where your documents and data actually live depends on what we build and which accounts it runs in, and we put that in the agreement in plain language before you sign anything.
