04 · FAIR QUESTIONS

The ones we get asked in the first ten minutes.

What happens to us if you disappear?: You hold the code, the accounts, and the hosting from day one, and we write the handover documentation as we go. Any competent developer can pick it up. That is the point of building it plainly.
We are nine people. Are we too small?: You are exactly the size we build for. Firms this size are the ones the big vendors skip, and the ones where two saved hours a day is visible on the P&L.
Is the AI going to make things up?: Everything a model reads comes back flagged: confident, unconfirmed, or unreadable — never a silent guess. Your staff confirm what matters and see the source next to it. The machine does the typing; your people keep the judgment.
We already have software for this.: Most firms do, and we do not replace it. We build the piece it never covered and connect the two, so nobody is carrying data across by hand.
Does our data go anywhere?: Your documents stay in your accounts, and nothing is used to train anything. We will put that in the agreement in plain language before you sign it.
